At Gator Gun Shop, we offer comprehensive Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) classes designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to safely carry a concealed firearm in the state of Florida.

What You’ll Learn

Our CCW classes cover the essential principles of firearm safety, laws, and responsibilities that come with carrying a concealed weapon. Topics include:

• Firearm safety and proper handling
• Florida state laws regarding concealed carry and self-defense
• Best practices for safely carrying and storing a concealed firearm
• Situational awareness and conflict avoidance

Upon successful completion of the class, you will receive a certificate of completion, qualifying you to apply for your Florida CCW permit through the Florida Department of Agriculture. The nearest office for permit applications is conveniently located in North Port, FL.

Beginner & Basic Pistol Classes

In addition to CCW training, we also offer Beginner and Basic Pistol Range Classes designed for those new to shooting or looking to sharpen their skills.
